Booking terms & cancellation policy
These terms apply to tours, activities and transfers booked with Morocco Travels (Marrakech, Morocco) through this website, WhatsApp, phone or email.
1. Booking
A booking request is sent through the website or WhatsApp. It becomes a confirmed booking when we confirm availability, the pickup time and the price in writing (WhatsApp or email).
2. Prices & payment
Prices are shown in euros per person (tours) or per vehicle (transfers) and include the services listed on each page. Payment is made on the day of the service, in cash (EUR or MAD) or by card on request. For some multi-day tours in peak season, a deposit may be requested to secure accommodation — we always agree this with you in advance.
3. Cancellation by the traveller
- Day tours, activities and transfers: free cancellation up to 24 hours before the start time.
- Multi-day tours: free cancellation up to 7 days before departure. Later cancellations may be charged the non-refundable costs we have already paid (for example a luxury camp), never more.
- No-show without notice: we may ask for the cost of the service for private tours.
4. Changes & cancellation by us
If an activity is cancelled for safety reasons (strong wind for balloon flights, snow or storms in the mountains, road closures), we offer a new date, an alternative or a full refund of anything paid.
5. Responsibilities
Travellers must follow the guide's safety instructions and hold travel insurance covering medical costs and, for treks, activities at altitude. Children must be accompanied by an adult.
